- Hong Kong: Delivered within 2–3 business days via SF Express. Free shipping on orders over HK$500.
- International: Delivered within 7 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shinogi ships worldwide, with the exception of destinations affected by geopolitical restrictions or carrier suspensions.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the defect. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange return shipping at our cost and send a replacement.
